Executive Coaching is a partnership between a Manager, Executive Coach and the sponsoring organization designed to enhance individual learning and development whilst achieving agreed-upon business goals.
Our Executive Coaching program entails a series of personalized one-on-one interactions spread out over a number of months aimed at turbo boosting the development of the Manager.
Our approach is transformational and not incremental. We don’t settle for Executives becoming just a little better at their job. We don’t give out management tips and tricks and homogenised lists of corporate professional competencies that don’t make any real difference.
